Adulted collects information you provide during setup: your name, email address, household type, and location (city/region only — we round coordinates to 2 decimal places). We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
We use your data to: provide personalized home maintenance task recommendations, generate seasonal suggestions based on your location, and sync tasks between household members in real time. We never sell your data.
Appliance brand and model data is stored in a shared, anonymous cache with no connection to your household or identity. Photos of appliance serial plates are sent to our AI provider for processing and are not retained.
We use PostHog for product analytics. All events use anonymous IDs — we never send your email or name to analytics. You can opt out at any time from Settings.
All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled — you can only access your own household's data. Connections are encrypted in transit via TLS.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We will process deletions within 30 days.
